How can we very easily improve our videos ?

Videos surround us and we use them greatly on a daily basis.

Video is one of the best forms of media for communicating on our smartphones and on the Internet. Thanks to new technology, it has become very easy to film with a camera, a smartphone or a tablet. Like social media, video has become SoLoMo (social-local- mobile).

The ' Image Editing ' workshop suggests tackling the methodological aspect first, followed by a video editing practical to enable better produced videos that are more viewed on social networks, more striking, as well as more coherent.

Introduction to two rapid types of editing software : Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

The first software enables simple editing: fade out, appearance and disappearance of logo and embedding typography with animation. With After Effects, the editing is more complex: animation of lettering and addition of certain effects (smoke, fog, hiding elements...), then presentations with jingles and credits. The idea is to give meaning to a succession of filmed images and thus increase the film’s impact.
