This lucrative business has attracted illegal fishermen who abide by no fishing quotas or laws. These pirates and the men behind them become millionaires on the rich pickings. Their unscrupulous fishing methods threaten not only the livelihoods of legal fishermen but the integrity of the entire marine eco-system.
